EP Visa Program
The applicant registers a Singapore company and applies to the Ministry of Manpower of Singapore for an Employment Pass (EP) or EntrePass as a shareholder, director or senior manager of the company. After the company's operations reach a certain scale and the applicant has held the pass for 2 years, the applicant submits a PR application to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore. The applicant and his/her family can obtain a Singapore green card by converting the EP visa to a PR application.

Application Requirements

The main applicant holds a college degree or above or has more than 10 years of business management experience

Salary must reach 4500 SGD/month (5000 SGD/month for applicants in the financial industry)

Starting from September 2022, the EP salary will be adjusted to S$5,000 per month, and applicants in the financial industry will receive S$5,500 per month

Application Requirements
There is no academic requirement, but you need to have some work or business experience, or have innovative industry projects, including:

Already received funding from a recognized venture capital or business angel program

Immediate Family
Permanent residency application

During the period of holding EP/EntrePass, if the monthly salary of the applicant exceeds 6,000 SGD, the spouse and children under the age of 21 can apply for a Dependent Visa (DP)

If the applicant's monthly salary exceeds 12,000 SGD during the period of holding EP/EntrePass, parents can apply for a long-term visit visa (LTVP)

When applying for PR through EP/EntrePass, the applicant’s spouse and children under the age of 21 can submit a PR application together as dependent applicants.

Parents and children over 21 years old cannot apply for PR together, but parents can apply for a long-term visit visa (LTVP) with a validity period of 5 years.
